  • The BA Public Administration + Civil Services Coaching Programme comprises tuition classes for BA Public Administration Major and coaching for competitive examinations including the Civil Services for three years.
  • Students must register their names for the BA Public Administration 4-year honours degree (BAFPA) of IGNOU in the next admission cycle. The student/Guardian has to complete the registration formalities by herself /himself.
  • The programme spans three years for a Major degree in Public Administration, with an option to continue for a fourth year to earn an Honours degree.
  • As regards the BA Public Administration (BAFPA) course, the role of the Institute is limited to providing tuition classes based on IGNOU study materials.
  • Along with classes for BA Public Administration, coaching for competitive exams including Civil Services also will be given as part of the programme.
  • Institutional fees of the programme: Rs.25,000/- plus 18% GST = 29,500/- for every Semester (six semesters over three year for B.A. Major degree in Public Administration), payable at the commencement of every Semester. This amount does not include university fees and charges. University fees and charges are separate and payable directly to IGNOU by the student. The Civil Service Institute shall not be held responsible for the consequences of any delay in remitting university fees, charges, etc.
  • The classes of BA Public Administration and Civil Services Coaching will end with the third year of the programme. A third-year student may choose to exit the programme with a Major degree in Public Administration or continue in the fourth-year to earn the Honours degree. Those who opt to continue for honours degree will be allowed to utilise the Institute facilities for their studies.
  • Students must submit true copies of certificates, mark lists, and other documents (Xth and Plus-Two). Original certificates, if any, collected at the time of admission will be returned after verification.
  • Library and reading room facilities are available to students. Separate application has to be made for admission to library. A caution deposit of Rs. 1000/- will be collected from library users. The caution deposit will be refunded without interest when they leave the Institute.
  • Classes start on June 2, 2025, and attendance is compulsory. Late admission will be permitted under genuine circumstances only.
  • Students must follow the Institute rules, instructions, and guidelines. An undertaking to this effect; signed by the student and guardian; has to be submitted on admission.
  • Disobedience and indiscipline may result in disciplinary actions, including dismissal.
  • Classes will be conducted from Monday to Friday. However, special classes may be arranged on other days with prior notice.
  • Guardians are requested to get attendance details of the student at least every month directly from the Institute office.
  • Institute identity card is compulsory for students to enter the campus. A duplicate identity card costs Rs. 100/-

Refund Policy
1. 80% of fees will be refunded if the student claims refund before the conduct of 10 days of classes in the first semester.
2. No refund claims will be entertained afterwards.
