  • Course fees for General Studies: Rs.75,000/- plus 18% GST = Rs.88,500/-
  • Course fee for the optional subject: Rs. 20,000/- plus 18% GST = Rs.23,600/-
    (For Malayalam Optional, fees is Rs. 25,000/- plus 18% GST.)
  • The duration of the course is one year.
  • The coverage of the syllabus for Civil Service Examination takes around 480 hours of coaching including lecture hours, tests, mentoring etc.
  • Classes and tests will be held offline. Institute reserves the right to conduct classes online under exigent situations. Live streaming of classes of a day will be provided on specific request of the candidate.
  • Candidates will be provided with lecture notes on most of the cases.
  • During the course period of one year, students can use the Institute library. A separate application is to be submitted for admission to the library. A caution deposit of Rs. 1000/- will be collected from library users. To borrow books, the caution deposit is Rs. 2000/-.
  • Full-time students can continue to use the library for one more year after the termination of the course.
  • Classes of the first batch are scheduled to begin in May every year
  • Classes will be conducted on working days and select holidays.
  • Admission commences in January every year. Those who take admission to Full-time Course earlier to May will be given a Bridge Course for no extra fees. (The Bridge Course consists of special classes, mentorship, library and model tests)
  • Advance booking of seats is available on payment of Rs.10,000/- Advance remitted is not refundable.
  • Provisional admission will be granted on submitting this form duly filled in along with Rs. 50,000/- as first instalment of fees.
  • The admission will be regularized and the student will be permitted to attend Full-time Course on submitting a signed copy of this application and remitting the balance of fee Rs. 38,500/- on or before commencement of classes of the Full-time Course.
  • Those who remit the full amount of fee in a single instalment on admission will be allowed a special concession of Rs.2,500/-
  • The date of remittance of the fee for optional subject will be intimated in June. Those who join the Institute’s optional classes will have to remit the fee for the optional subject, Rs. 23,600/- (Rs. 29,500/- for Malayalam), in August.
  • Institute identity card and attendance punching are compulsory to enter the campus.
  • A duplicate identity card costs Rs. 100.

Refund Policy
Eighty per cent (80%) of fees remitted on admission will be refunded if the candidate claims refund within 20 days of taking admission. No claim of refund will be entertained afterwards. Second or subsequent instalment of fees, if any, remitted are not refundable.
