Classes will be held offline on Thiruvananthapuram Lourdes Campus, PMG.

Refund Policy

Claim for refund will be entertained only up to 3 July 2022 or till the conduct of 2 days of classes of the batch concerned, whichever is later. In such cases Rs.15,000/- will be refunded in full settlement of the claim of refund. No claim for refund will be entertained afterwards.

Major features of the KAS Coaching course as well as the important rules and policies of the Institute

Course fees: Rs.29,500/- plus 18% GST = 34,810/-

Content of the course: Coverage of the syllabus of KAS Examination by conducting classes on all Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during the course period.
Classes /tests will be held on classroom mode.
Those who are not attending classroom mode of classes will be given link for online streaming .
Recorded classes will be available to those who are not in a position to attend live streaming of classes.
Lecture notes will be given
During the course period, students are allowed to use the library. Separate application is to be filled for admission to library. A caution deposit of Rs. 1000/- will be collected from library users. To borrow books, the caution deposit is to be enhanced to Rs. 2000/-.
Classes are scheduled to begin in September 2023.
Classes will be conducted during Saturdays, Sundays and selected holidays.

A concession of Rs. 900/- is available to those who remit the full amount of fees in one lumpsum on admission. OR Remit Rs.900/- only and attend 4 sessions of classes at the beginning of the course, and regularise the admission afterwards by remitting the balance amount Rs. 33,910/-

Refund Policy

Rs.900/- remitted to attend 4 sessions of classes is not refundable.Ninety percent (90%) of fees, excluding GST, remitted by the student on admission will be refunded if the student claims refund before the conduct of 4 days of classes after the date of admission. No claim for refund of fees will be entertained afterwards. Institute identity card and attendance punching are compulsory to enter the campus.

Major features of the Full-Time Civil Service Coaching course as well as the important rules and policies of the Institute

Course fees for General Studies: Rs.75,000/- plus 18% GST = Rs.88,500/-
Course fee for the optional subject: Rs. 20,000/- plus 18% GST = Rs.23,600/-
The duration of the course is one year.

The coverage of the syllabus for Civil Service Examination takes around 480 hours of coaching including lecture hours, tests, mentoring etc.
Classes and tests will be held offline. Institute reserves the right to conduct classes online under exigent situations. Live streaming of classes of a day will be provided on specific request of the candidate.
Candidates will be provided with lecture notes on most of the cases.
During the course period of one year, students can use the Institute library. A separate application is to be submitted for admission to the library. A caution deposit of Rs. 1000/- will be collected from library users. To borrow books, the caution deposit is Rs. 2000/-.
Full-time students can continue to use the library for one more year after the termination of the course.
Classes are scheduled to begin in May every year

Those who remit the full amount of fee in a single instalment on admission will be allowed a special concession of Rs.2,500/-
The date of remittance of the fee for optional subject will be intimated in June.
Those who join the Institute’s optional classes will have to remit the fee for the optional subject, Rs. 23,600/-, in August.

Candidates will be provided with study materials.
During the course period of one month, students can use the Institute library. A separate application is to be submitted for admission to the library. A caution deposit of Rs. 1000/- will be collected from library users. To borrow books, the caution deposit is Rs. 2000/-.
Classes of December 2022 batch are scheduled to begin on 03 December 2022 and end on 03.01.2023. Classes for this batch will be held offline at Thiruvananthapuram Lourdes Campus.
Classes will be conducted on all days during the period.
Admission and Advance booking started. Seats limited. Admission is granted on making full payment of course fee.
Seats can be booked by submitting this application duly filled and paying Rs. 1000/- (not refundable). Those who book seats will have to remit full course fee (after deducting advance remitted) on or before 25 November 2022 and regularise their admission, failing which the booking will be cancelled without serving any notice.
